How to recover guest account?

How to recover guest account? I just reformat my laptop and I forgot to link or make an account it's level 548. It's my second account and I make credits also to that account. Character name Jaragilz vip 4 and my main character in other account is Jitvex vip 6. Hoping I can use my other account.
