Hi guys we have a teammate that has not been able to login since the 24th of December! He is a new teammember that has came to us after the merger! We have sent numberous facebook messages as well as support tickets. Nothing is getting done, and we need some help!




His server is EST-237



This is as far as he can go in the loading process, Can you guys please help?

  • As researched by someone who had same problem for 107 days...with 3-4 dozen tickets to LoD...he found that they are probably using a Linux environment for Character storage...he spent over 2 months researching.

    LoD’s support staff does not have the knowledge to fix this - he says all they have to do (on the system they use for character storage) is type kill-9 pid # here (pid means personal identification) and that’s it, the players PID is totally cleared allowing for a clean login....but they won’t do that...or they are not doing that...that’s what needs to be done...95% of the tech-support people are players like us. They have no real access to any account details on server settings etc.

  • I can not believe that this has been since Dec 24th that Heiji  has not been able to get into game.  His ID # is 29320523.  He is on EST 237.  The ticket # (one of several places!) is 7706477.  This is unacceptable due to the amount of complaints you have received about this.  This is one of our top players on the server.  It makes me feel like NO player matters!  Please fix this!!

Dear kneilsmith,

the ticket support no players, they have the options to fix this, they did that many times before.

But many times, when issues like that are not fixed correctly, it is often a problem of understanding each other, mostly due to not understandable descriptions of the issue.

Please tell your friend to submit a new ticket, state his correct character id and server (f.e. EU-999) and describe the issue as correct and understandable as possible.

I trust they will fix the issue soon.

Dear kneilsmith,

I am sorry that your team member has Problems with login.

Please tell him to try the following (step 3+4 only if account is bounded to a binding method):

1. Switch between wifi and mobile connection and vice versa
2. Clear cache / Restart device
3. Delete app data
4. Delete the app and download latest version of app provider

If these steps do not work, he should contact customer support here:

Please notice that he should at least give the following information:
Character ID, server, a brief description and best screenshots of the issue.

The support usually respond within 3 business days and may ask for additional information if necessary.

During christmas days and new year their might be delays in ticket response due to holidays.

If there is no response within 3 business days, please contact us again with ticket no, ticket creation date, character ID and server and we can report it as a delayed ticket.

I hope your friend is back online soon.
