I am sorry that your team member has Problems with login.
Please tell him to try the following (step 3+4 only if account is bounded to a binding method):
1. Switch between wifi and mobile connection and vice versa
2. Clear cache / Restart device
3. Delete app data
4. Delete the app and download latest version of app provider
If these steps do not work, he should contact customer support here:

Please notice that he should at least give the following information:
Character ID, server, a brief description and best screenshots of the issue.
The support usually respond within 3 business days and may ask for additional information if necessary.
During christmas days and new year their might be delays in ticket response due to holidays.
If there is no response within 3 business days, please contact us again with ticket no, ticket creation date, character ID and server and we can report it as a delayed ticket.
I hope your friend is back online soon.

That did not fix the issue.
As researched by someone who had same problem for 107 days...with 3-4 dozen tickets to LoD...he found that they are probably using a Linux environment for Character storage...he spent over 2 months researching.
LoD’s support staff does not have the knowledge to fix this - he says all they have to do (on the system they use for character storage) is type kill-9 pid # here (pid means personal identification) and that’s it, the players PID is totally cleared allowing for a clean login....but they won’t do that...or they are not doing that...that’s what needs to be done...95% of the tech-support people are players like us. They have no real access to any account details on server settings etc.
