Sound disappearing?

Hey! it is Zvezda1997. I have an issue with the game. It is described below.
Sometimes when I play all sound seems to go quiet after a short time, refreshing works but after a while the problem returns. Not even quick fix gives a lasting solution. Why?

Thank you for your question. We  have never heard of a problem of this kind before.. Are you sure that this has to do with the game? Try listening a few songs on Youtu.be and see if the sound fades out there as well! If that is the case then you have a sound card problem. If you are sure it is only happening with the cl.ien.t please let us know ASAP. We will take this to the Devs and let you know in details how to fix it.
