Try logging in to GTArcade Game Portal, linking your account through there, and topping up through that service  (GTArcade is directly affiliated with Youzu Games and is NOT a 3rd party top-up)  Beyond that, the only people who can help with this issue is the support team.  You will need to put in a ticket, including your character name, full server name (include the hkt or cet or est in front), screenshots of your character proving ownership of the account and receipts of any previous transactions you have had topping up.

Please keep in mind that playing multiple accounts and/or from multiple devices and especially attempting to top up from multiple devices and from multiple payment sources can flag your account as a "multi-user account", where they may think that more than 1 person is playing your character, which goes against the terms of service.  You should always try to top up from the same account and device with the same payment means to avoid this, or go to the GTArcade Game Portal and topping up from there directly.

As onyxsablet has posted, you could try those alternative steps. Please note that for this error, you will need to reach out to Customer Support ( ****support.gtarcade.com/ ) and create a ticket for your account. We as moderators are unable to assist players with their top up errors.

Onyxsablet is also correct on the multi-user flag. We strongly encourage players to only play on 2 devices, anything more flags your account and your account then gets "blocked" from topping up.

Please let us know if you do not get a response within 3 working business days, or, if you are still unable to top up after those 3 working business days.

i successfully recharged yesterday, now its recharge failure again
submitted a ticket and their reply was its working fine on their side..
if its in my side that has error then how come i can top up on my other character..

Try logging in to GTArcade Game Portal and topping up from there directly.  It uses a different method of processing the payment, and it might work where another means fails.

Dear lance gken castillo,

If no character can be selected, how did you login to GTArcade? Was it through the normal route that you would normally login when you launch Era of Celestials (Facebook, Gmail, GTArcade account, etc)?
