maybe anyone was having this issue before i download the client Install everything and trying to top up but getting error wrong account and i already delete the Game Portal reinstall it samething same error

Hello spawn13,

Thanks for reaching out to us! The GTArcade client tries to protect your account by making sure the account you log in on the GTArcade client is the same account that you log in with on Era of Celestials. You will want to log out of Era of Celestials, close Era of Celestials, then log out of the GTArcade client by clicking on your nickname and clicking Log out.

When you log back into GTArcade, make sure it is the same account you will log in with on Era of Celestials. If they are different, GTArcade client will not allow you to top up.

zett my dear moderater i did all that i even try to log in to the web adress with same account and everything
look when i install the game portal i log in with my gmail account its automaticly log me in to the rite account where is my character is i press install the game and i log in the same way thru the gmail account

ZETT listen look i will put the screenshot when i got to the settings inside the game and press on support i know for sure that i have tickets open and when i go to support i see there is no tickets at all but i checking same account thru the web site i see the tickets the one i suppose to have it

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
Unfortunately we can not help in this regard, as you have already done all the troubleshoot, only customer support can help you in this regard.
Kindly please provide me these details if you still haven't got the response from customer support.

- IGN (Case Sensitive)
- Server Number (include your Region)
- Ticket Number
- Title of the Related Ticket
- Date/time when ticket was submitted.

I see that you had submitted the ticket two business days ago. Please allow our Customer Support team up to three working business days for a response... after three working business days, we can escalate your ticket from our end. In the meantime, please be checking your ticket daily to see if you get a response from Customer Support.
