Congratulatory voice x200 lost

Yesterday i used my 200 VIP 5 congratulatory voices and didn't get any reward because storage was full.  not even by mail! I got really frustrated, because i need those rare feathers of dream to upgrade my wings. Why did this happen? Can I be refunded? I realy a lot on that tool, that's one of the reason I paid to be VIP 5 other than boss lair.
