How to uninstall mini browser

I haven't played this game in months. I want to uninstall the mini browser but it isn't showing up in the uninstall app area. I am using windows 10. How do I remove the mini browser when it isn't showing up in my unistall apps?

Wow, one of the reasons I quite the game. No one answers me! So, how do I remove the mini browser when it isn't in my apps to uninstall? It comes up every time I start my computer. Its been a year since I played and have no intentions of ever playing again!! I NEED THIS MINI BROWSER, OLDER VERSION, UNINSTALLED!! But how do I do it??????????????
