Dear player,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
1) Disconnect from WiFi and use mobile data. Does this allow you to log in?
2) If you are unable to login, please ensure that the game is up to date by visiting the App Store or Play Store on either Google Play or iPhone.
3) Close any open apps that you may have on Android or iPhone. This could cause the game to slow down and possibly not allow you to log in to the server because your phone/device is trying to do other things as well. This includes multiple tabs open in your browser: Safari or Google Chrome.
4) If the game is up to date, you may need to try to do the following. Please ensure that your account is linked to either Facebook, Google, or registered with GTArcade before proceeding.
4a) If playing on Android: clear the cache on your android device (if playing on Android: Settings>Apps>EoC and select 'Clear cache').
4b) If playing on iPhone: You may need to reset your iPhone device in order to clear the game cache.
5) If the above steps do not work, please try uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game.
5a) If playing on Android: uninstall the game by going to the Play Store and searching Era of Celestials. You can then select 'Uninstall'. Once this is complete, select the 'Install' button.
5b) If playing on iPhone: if you tap and hold on the icon, it should start to shake. At this point, you should see an X. Tap on that and then go to the App Store to install the game again.
6) If you are still unable to login, please submit the error to our support team here: https://support.gtarcade.com/search?gid=332
If you can provide a screenshot of your problem as well, this will absolutely help our support team to investigate. Please also provide your Model and OS Version.
