i can't enter with my main Account

when i tried to enter the LOA 2 server to continue playing it saied that i need to do a new character .
i can't enter with my main caracter and there is just one server but not that i was playing yesterdayand .
when i want to do a new character with the name (Arcadia ) it's tell me that name is alredy token.

Close beta was closed today or yesterday depending on where u are in the world, open beta started few hrs ago, you will need to create a new account to play on it
