Absolution Tower bug

Issue: i have a problem with Absolution Tower. Ever since i activated from emblem pavilion the easter emblem shard (Absolutin Tower silver rewar +8%) i received 9/14 bags of silver , 9/14 silver bag and 16/21 absolution orb. Please fix this bug...thank you. This is the four day.

dear player i have already report this and devs now have knowledge of the issue. please keep tracking the missing items (bags of silver,gems,orbs) daily and send me the total amount when i ask you.     for example day 1: 5 missing silver bags, 5 bags of gem level 3 , 5 orbs
4 days total 20 silver bags ,20 gem bags,20 orbs

dear player after few tests it seems that absolution tower is working fine. its  the AT Bag is showing visual bug.
