I am playing on the new server Byron 1290. I have plaid/am playing on 4 other servers as well since a long time.
Today, I synthed the Horn to recruit another hero. The horn is lost and the icon for "New Player" is also missing. What happened?

Second:
I used a couple of hundred Dragon Crests to buy Lvl 4 Holy Crystals.
Both the Dragon Crests and the Holy Crystals vanished. What happened?
