Fixing the CS mess

OK this is beyond broken.  I am on  day 3 of a new server.  I have a BR of just under 60K.  I que up to join CS.  After waiting 45 mins or so I finally get a game.  Lucky me...  I join a game half over.  The other team is all level 50-55 with a BR of 500K each.  The highest level team mate I have  is low to mid 40s.  Of corse I get zero kills and can't come close to capping anything.  And what is my reward for this fun game of giant swats the fly????  1) I don't get any rewards because I didn't reach the 80 point minimum.  2)  I lose one of my 3 attemps.  3) I get an hour penality on requeing because the system views me as an afk'er due to my "poor" performance.


Where do I begin on the "suggestions"....

1)  Balance the teams
2)  Do not match up people who are 10x stronger
3)  That 80 point rule... I get its there to prevent afk'ers, but come on.  Under current rules newer servers can't participate.


There is no point in me playing cs until something is done...  No wonder why the que times are so long... the whole system is broken!

80 points does not prevent afkers. I know someone *cough* Networld *cough* who gets 80 points in the first minute, then goes and afk the rest of the battle.

CS is an ongoing never ending issue sadly, I will pass your suggestion to them as well, but honestly I don't know if anything will get changed.
