not really, you need to just take a closer look in upper right hand corner. There is a *tactic* and in each battle its different. You need to adjust according to what the tactic is. Run your cursor over the tactic and it tells you what each one means. Skill Seal means you must defeat the level using only normal attacks. There is also one that you have to defeat the level with only your main plus 3 heroes instead of 5.
