As it seems, Worldpay is currently not a viable option in recharging, as it blocks many users from making payments and recharging. Also, Visa scratch cards/gift cards do not work unless you enter them into your Paypal account and then try to pay with Paypal, though I see that you have already tried this. I will still suggest trying another payment option such as Paymentwall in the meantime.
I will make a note of your transaction and have the developers take a look. Could you kindly provide your IGN and your server, please?

As transparentopacity has asked, please provide your IGN(In-game named/Username), based on your order summary I take it that the server is S9-Liz, if not then please include the correct server along with your IGN.

Okay, thank you, I'll pass it along. Just a note, though, Worldpay is very sensitive to risks, so there will most likely be a "high risk" factor that is preventing you from recharging through Worldpay when we look at the transaction.

I would refrain from trying to recharge, as I would not want to incur any more issues, at least until the developers are back from their holiday and we can get an answer for you.
