you once again do a maintenance and mess everything up!!! I am missing EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Diamonds, runes, gems, equipment, levels, evolutions, gold, runes, shards, enchantments, forging stones, those beans, amatheyst, you name it I am missing it and in large quantities!!!!!! Give them all back you robbers!!!!!! That's why nobody plays your game anymore!!!!! You cannot punish all of your users because YOU make a mistake!!!!!!! It is not good business, everytime you mess up, less people play your game you morons!!!! And even mess people play your game when your fixes are this stupid!!!!!

    Yes I am in hades server, and today the same issue happened all over again.  Everything gets reset and I lose a bunch of items. I am really on the verge of not playing this game anymore much less ever spending money on it.

    I do not want to be rude but are your developers really that inconsiderate. They do a maintenance and they lose 20k diamonds of mine, then they come back and give me the generic compensation of 1k diamonds that they gave everyone. Their error cost different people, different things. In my case it cost money. I want my diamonds back or my money refunded!!!!!! I will sue your cheating stealing game if I have too. Because this is not the first time you have all stolen diamonds from me and j have all my 50 unanswered submitted tickets!!!!!!!!
