Hello, while I am an employee of the company I play the game too and as a player I can attest to the hard work the mods put in and the changes the company tries to make with regards to listening to the feedback we give them from you too. I personally think that despite there being some technical issues with some events now and then that they've actually tried really hard to be nicer towards free players and have been constantly thinking and developing ways to make this game more engaging and fun. The diamonds as check ins were not present in the earlier version of LOA 1. Neither were the massive amount of freebies like fusion gems etc, consuming regaining in tycoon, wheel of luck etc, these are all things players love and appreciate that often get overlooked as people bash them. I for one as someone that only recently became a mod do appreciate them. Longer tycoons so that more people can rank for the advanced prizes more easily. They all make such a big difference to us and I'm sure if they took it away and put it back to the way it was then people would be a lot more upset about it all. This isn't something I'm saying as a moderator but something I'm saying as a player. Yes sometimes there are issues that affect our gameplay but they are usually not permanent, whereas the features that we love and ask for do get heard and implemented eventually. I just want to point these things out so that players can see that this game does in fact listen to their customers
