WHAT do u base the team allocation off, cos it is NOT based on BR or player lvl ... so what the hell else is there to base a team split from???
Simple fact is you do not base it on anything common sense, therefore will never be a fair team split!!!
cross server rigged
team arena rigged
silver war rigged
and that is of course providing they even work!

I wouldn't say the game is rigged, my experience in TA is, it tries to find a team that somehow matches our  own BR. But as the game can only choose among the teams that have signed up, you may end up with an opponent much stronger or weaker than your own team simply because there was no perfect match available.
Same applies to Silver War, again the game can only use the teams that have actually signed up.
This can only be remedied by the players themselves.
