Not receiving rewards from dungeon chest

So i finally cleared elite 11-2, claim rewards as alwasys get item.  Then i cleared, 11-3 to 11-5 and claim rewards, then i went to use the diamonds and NO Diamond.  So i double check and yep all open, no diamonds, nothing in mail.  Then i look at the rewards, all 50 but nothing, then i see a post about people unable to recharge diamonds.  Whats going on?
