Still getting the short end of the stick in Tycoon

So, as of 2 days ago when i went to sleep, I had 15k spirit essence points. I come back on yesterday, and i was 3000 points negative. I get taking points away due to the dragon soul issue... thats all fine and dandy... but to lose more points that you even have is wrong. Through my own hard work, i'd just managed to get myself in the positive again (another 3,000 earned points total between the 2 days). So i should have approx 6000 to 8000 total spirit essence points, even after the "fix" that messed with all of us. Instead, I have 280 spirit essence points, and Ive collected more spirit essence than that today alone.

The "mail" that says that everything should be fixed has an attachment, only there is nothing there.

Images of what i had, where i was after you took points away and i'd bought another 50 from magic shop (where i was NEGATIVE) can be found under the "About tycoon Points Involving Dragonsoul" page 5, post number 44.

While i dont have a screen shot of it, after points were removed yesterday, I gained another 600+ spirit essence in wheel of luck, and todays wheel of luck is in image 1.

Now, I dont know about you, but taking more points from a person than what they have is messed up. Saying that its fixed, after we finally get ourselves back from negative, and the points there dont even match what we've gained after the points were taken even today is even more messed up.

Now, I dont know how dragon soul points were figured, but obviously as they were being added under the bug, they only counted as 1 point per dragon soul point. with 1k points the first 4 days, and 3590 yesterday, there were only 7590- 8000 dragon soul points added to my tycoon, accounting for possibly getting as many as 150 points over 1000 during those 4 days, while i didnt even know about the bug, yet you guys took from me 18k points, which is approxamately 2.5 points per dragon soul point. that is the only way that i could have been NEGATIVE.

So here's what i want: My points back, ample compensation(not the tiny amount given that didnt make it better), and whatever was in the attachment that is in the mail i got this morning.

Alot of people are having the exact same issue we have reported it on the emergancy channel and i have also reported it for you.

I dont think we will hear back before end of tycoon however.
