Hi heroes:

During the Qualifiers period (July 25 to July 27, 2016) of Team Domination, some players reported that they got stuck with a black screen when they entered Team Domination. We have fixed the bug, and are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

For those who suffered from this problem, please tell us your In-game name(case-sensitive) and Server in the comments, and we will send you compensations accordingly.

Attention: ONLY those who were confronted with this problem during Qualifiers period of Team Domination can get the compensations. This post will expire on August 4th. Please reply here before the expiration, or we won’t be responsible for further compensations. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience!
