Seems great, but the implementation totally horrible :-/

Here is my current situation, the last time I got an answer for my ticket was 14-Sept-2014, at 12:05
Since its written If you want to add supplementary information to your request, please reply within this ticket, so I reply that ticket explain and giving SS for my current problems. One month already passed away and still pending, I submit another ticket and still pending. Okay, seems our support really busy and have no time to even read our ticket~

After that little problems, I have no trust at Support and rely on forum a lot. So at 27-Sept-2014, I encounter some probs (bugs) with ranger finishing moves. And voila, no reply from mods. I bump that thread at 29 & 30 Sept; 02, 03, 05, 06, 07 (thanks for the bump help, huabb23), 08, 10, 12, 13, and 14 Oct. And wow, I got 173 peps reading my thread (wait, its not popularity contest :-/)
And wow, still no reply from our mods. I believe some of our mods read it, but it seems he/she is not kind enough to help me (or maybe they just hate me).

So for celebrating one month from support-last-reply to my tickets, I make this thread. Its already bad enough with support ignore us, please dont make it getting worse with ignore us at forum too~

After a long preamble, this is my suggestion:
Assign moderators for each forum room, so we know who to blame if we got no answers (and maybe help u guys to fire ur *ehem* kinda-useless-mods, if u got any of em). I dont really familiar with game forum, but I\'m kinda familiar with forum cos Im a member at 3 different forum and mod for one of em . And all of em have policy to assign some moderators to each forum room, and its easier for us to know who\'s the person-in-charge there~
No offense guys, but got ignored is kinda make me (and maybe some other players) got irritated
Im a realistic fella, so I wont get my hopes high . I know mods not a genie-in-the-bottle who can grant our wishes asap, but a reply will be such a help. I know what to expect, guys

And last, forgive me for such a bad grammar guys XD

        Hello!
        Firstly sorry for such troubles caused by us not replying to your problems! As it is now we the Junior Mods don´t  have acess to Support tickets as we mentioned so much times before. If you need your problem to be solved ASAP write it in support section at forum including your IGN+ server if its payment issure also ID, and it would really help if you included also Screen shot.

        Secondly there are at least 2 mods a day to check forum section issures. We´re changing our shift times eatch week so we´re assigned to another section eatch time in different times as well. (Sorry that we´re not assigned to eatch of the sections at forum. As the reason for this not being done is that General Discussion needs more attention than Example: Tavern)

        Hope you understand what I tried to explain. If you still counter any issures causing your gamming more harder please provide us with the needed information I menioned above and make a thread at Support section so we can help you.

        i think ;the main problem is that his ticket hasnt even been looked at in over a month. Why do we pay money to play this game if the people we pay dont care?

        I never blame Junior Mods, Im aware with the fact that Junior Mods have limited access here :-/
        Wait, so I need to make another thread about bugs in support section?. So why do u guys have that bug section for?, or maybe merge both section if u guys cant handle both of em properly
        And if u check my thread here >;>; http://community.gtarcade.com/post/29768/, it already include all stuff that u mention. IGN, Server, and ScreenShot~

        Ah, this is new for me, thanks for the information ^_^
        Now I need information about which moderators responsible for handle bugs section, from 29 Sept until 14 Oct . Can u provide me with the information I needed?, so I can make a new thread complaining about those irresponsible and incompetence moderators ^_^. Or maybe another suggestion to give those irresponsible and incompetence fella a warning letter to avoid em make a same mistakes over and over again ^_^

errm if u going to forum eatch day u should have noticed that Jr.Mods appear in GD,Support and Suggestions nothing more nothing less as far as I saw only SMs at Bugs sec. but thats great idea to actually merge Bugs-Support;
