Data base error on Zodiac & Dungeon for a month.

  As the topic say there is a bug on my account I cant do the Zodiac Run and even the Loops in any dungeon. its been almost a month now and due to this i miss a lot of rewards offer on the game. Please help me out on this one. almost a month ;until now still i cant blitz.. how long should i wait before it get fixed? i badly need it. i failed to the the rewards i need in the present event like tycoon ;because i cant do zodiac & dungeon...;

  i have been using diamonds so i can do dungeon loop quest. hopefully i can get nice compensation regarding the problem
