Dear Player,
Please make sure to clear your Cache and then try it again. Also make sure that are playing on a stable connection! If you bind your Account to GTarcade, Facebook or Google, you can delete the game and Download again with all latest Updates. Let me know if it works!

Hi,

If your account data is backed up (google, fb, gtarcade, etc) and your on Android then...

I personally would do ALL following steps (in order, and without checking if it "worked" until the end):

1. Force Stop the application services that are running and related to the Application.
2. Clear the application cache.
3. Clear the games AppData.
4. Delete the game from your device.
5. Power off device for two+ minutes (depending on your version of Android).
6. Power on your device
7. Reinstall the game from Google Play.
8. Restart your device.
9. Launch the application.
10. Login using your credentials

Hope this helps.

P.S. I have developed a couple games for Android.
