I realize GT doesn\'t really care if they lose a single subscriber. Even if that subscriber has 2 active vip accounts and does some purchases every so often.But enough is enough.It has now been over 10 days since I started having the database error issue which so many other players have been plagued with.In that time there has been ZERO communication from GT. This for me is unacceptable from a business. Especially when your automated email says someone will contact you within 2 business days.So my resolution for 2015 is simple. If you cannot find a solution to fix my account by the end of the year, I will be cancelling everything.Again I am but a grain of sand on a beach but it has to start somewhere.Merry X-mas,Nistra
