Double Characters with same Name on same Server issue

Hello.

        we have a member called Hero in my guild, 2 days ago game disconnected for that member and when Hero logged in Hero was not in guild, character is level 53 at the moment and there was no log entry of Hero leaving nor being kicked from guild.
        Today there was another Hero that appeared talking in world chat who is level 31 at the moment and during that time our Hero was constantly getting disconnected from the game.
        I am not sure if it is a bug caused by strange appearance of a same name character (which i dont think is even possible or something else) but could you please take a look at the issue as soon as possible because it is creating some big problems during Team Arena, Team Dungeons or Inferno, not to mention during Guild Boss, World Boss time or any other event time in game.
