Cannot Recharge through LOA Server software

        I have been trying for hours to recharge to no avail. I have used my paypal account to recharge a different character via FaceBook with no issue, but I cannot recharge the charater I play through your gtarcade interface software.

        I have submitted 2 tickets and all I hear is they are looking at it. I am currently first in HOC on our server but a player is gaining ground rapidly and I cannot compete with out a recharge. I will also miss out on hot events that give free HoC cards. I also want to take advantage of the precious hot event and it will be ending soon.

        I have even purchased a gift visa card, as the first ticket reply instructed me to try another payment method, that doesn\'t work either.
