HELL BLITZ FROZEN & Hell Portal Freezes

        Problem #1:
So I set myself on a 15 Hell Blitz for like 59 minutes or so of a level 4 dungeon (because even though I\'m on level 7 I still need that stupid Blood Spec Passive Skill Tome).; I closed the blitz window (which I always do) and did some City and Alliance stuff in the meantime.; I came back an hour later and could not open the Blitz window again.; So I refreshed the page.; Still can\'t open the blitz window; So I closed Firefox (version 36.0.1) and ran CCleaner to completely clear my cache.; I ran it twice to make sure everything was gone.; I reopened Firefox, logged back into the game, and still can\'t open my Hell Blitz window.; All other windows, like Events, pop up just fine, as do places like Alliance and City.; However, because I can\'t get out of my blitz, I can\'t do Escort or Hell Portal or WB (which is in a few hours but still).
HELP!
        Problem #2:
Every time I fight a monster in Hell Portal today, the loading screen freezes and I end up having to refresh the entire game.; I still get the stats and all for winning/fighting in Hell Portal, but it\'s very hard to catch chains of monsters when you have to refresh everything each time.
