Artifact Upgrade Items

Peoples I give a strong warning not to pay for the artifact upgrade items. Last tree the artifact exp was at max (only way to describe artifacts going to max lvl) now they have nerfed the crap out of them to what I can only describe as a blatant money grab....as usual

Last tree event contains 20 chests..now just 1...great improvement
