Recharge issue!

Hello GTarcade, This is GodSlay from GTarcade League of Angels server Lumuel(950). Recently i recharged 30,000 diamonds during the precious event on my server, but Moneywall took my money yet put me on a 2 days hold while they are saying that they are investagating my transactions, in the end i told them either they hurry up or ill go to bank and cancel order, i got my diamonds immediately. Turns out i am not getting the 60k diamonds which i paid for, but only the original amount:30k. What\'s worse is that it doesnt not show up on my recharge history and i am not getting the recharge rewards. I spent alot of time and money on this game and this happens, makes me very angry. I truely love this game and willing ot spend even more, but at this rate I am in the making of decision on whether not every going to pay for it and stay f2p until i my let my interest run out. Please look into the matter cause i heard from lots of player this happened to them and you guys always satisfy the players by giving them what they paid for. Please give my account what i paid for cause moneywall is currently ignoring every single email i sent, I will forward their emails to you guys right way. please and thank you.
