Changing phones with same account

Hi guys and fellow players, my phone is spoilt, is it possible to migrate my account and everything to another android/iphone ?

As long as your account is bound by either email, GMail, or GTArcade email, you should be safe. If it is not bound, your account will be lost forever.

My first account was lost because it was not bound but my second time around, I bound to my GMail account.

Dear player,

As mentioned by Deliriousgent, if you did not bind your character, it could be lost. However, if you can provide the following information to our support, there is a small chance that they could retrieve and bind your character to your GTArcade account.

Here are the requirements:

1. Your In-Game Nickname and Character ID
2. Server ID
3. Account level
4. VIP level
5. Diamond amount
6. Nobility rank/Advance Rank
7. Guild name
8. A new created GTArcade account
(Once they found your account and verified your authenticity, it will be moved to this account)

If you are able to access the game using any account, please submit an in-game ticket with the information required above. Any additional information that you can provide will be very helpful in helping them locate your character.
