Hi,
This can be caused by the Internet connection or many other issues. I will give you some advice's and I hope they will be useful for you.
There a few solutions that should help you fix this problem: (If you are using browser to enter via the game or Facebook)
1. Make sure your Java is up to date.
2. Make sure your Flash Player is up to date.
3. Make sure Internet Explorer is up to date. (Yes, this is recommended even if you’re using another browser and you can also try using it to get in-game)
4. Make sure your Browser is up to date.
5. Use a free tool to delete cache, cookies, and temp files.
If none of the options above works you can try different browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
If you are using Mini-Client to enter the game:
1. Make sure your Java is up to date.
2. Make sure your Flash Player is up to date.
3. Use a free tool to delete cache, cookies, and temp files.
4. Type %AppData% on the Windows Search bar or Run command and press enter.
5. Locate and delete the LOA2 folder from the opened list.
6. Delete C:/LoA2 folder if it exists.
7. Download and reinstall the mini-client from (http://loa2.gtarcade.com/miniclient)
8. Make sure your Antivirus and or Firewall are not blocking the mini-client.
