The dev team is aware of this problem and have said that the mechanisim issue with x server will be improved in the future.

One of the reasons you are having this problem is becuase you are either to high or to low level to your Cross server section.

A good way to fix this problem is to join x server war with friends around your level at the same time.

If this does not work you can always  join a que someone else sarts in x server war to get in.

This has worked for a lot of players.
