Recharged 5 times Aug 30. Still have no diamonds but bank acct. is now been charged 5 times. .Missed out on precious pro and have not been able to activate my daily diamonds. see attached pdf for bank proof .pls correct. My IGN is Homeboy. Server Bootes (S365) -PST. Money has been withdrawn no diamonds. no confirmation no id number. done using Interac debit.

I would need to see screen shots, not a PDF that wont load. Ive tried to open it from 3 different browsers, and 2 accounts.

Specifically, I would need to see a bank statement where these were completed (not marked as pending, pending means that we have not received the funds), and your recharge history.

Hi Homeboy, I could open this pdf of yours luckily, kinda baffled it's got no reference numbers,
might it be just one charge multiple times there? Anyways, will ask this to be checked, unfortunately if your bank has charged you for recharges not gone through you'll have to take it up with your bank, thanks

And checked, there are no recharges on your account 30th August or 1st September, need you to provide a transaction ID to take this further from our end, thanks

Well I have sent u bank statement I would provide u with id number  or reference number or even a confirmation but I never received them or an email so I guess I am pooched
