i did 2x400 topaz and 1x800t recharge succesfully. But i cant do 1 more 400t that i need. Any idea why?

I have exactly the same problem. it says "ORDER SUBMITTED!
Our payment service provider is processing your order. This may take a little while.Please refresh this page in a few minutes.". any idea why?

Hello,

If your payment has not gone through then follow up with your bank or credit card. Usually the message will be “Order Submitted” for payments that have not gone through.

For successful payment it will be “Recharge successful”.

If your payment has gone through and you did not receive your Topaz or rewards, please raise a ticket at the recharge support center (https://support.gtarcade.com/faq/index/cid/380/sid/400/gid/160).
Keep track of your ticket number for reference. It can be found in the Address bar. http://prnt.sc/f1wxwf

Please use Google Chrome to submit support ticket.

We, moderators, no longer take care of recharge issues.

If you have a problem with submitting a ticket let me know your In-Game name, Server, and Order Number so I can forward it to the Devs.

2 Persons who started that thread are great players & experts giving everyday support people playing LOA2. Both are quite an institutions on x-servers chat & outside it because of theirs everyday helpfull activity. I'd like to see real & right resolving Theirs problems not sending Them out to nowhere without real help. Many of players want to see this too so I hope the game support team will be just close to Them in supporting. I'll be watching that tread to see real solution of problems written above.

I'm truly sorry, but, this is not something i can fix, only Support Ticket can help you resolve this problem.. as I said, contacting your Bank / Credit Card might help as sometimes the problem lies with them.

they don't care people. so yes, i didn't only stop paying. i also stopped playing. too bad coz i have many friends in the game
