Question about new PVP event

Hello to all the Mods
Can any Mod give us a clarification on this new Team Tournament event?
Is this the new CS version that many Mods have been mentioned about?
Or there is another CS version that still being worked on and soon to be released?

Honestly, I think we are just as in the dark as you guys are. We get the same info you guys get, and sometimes we find out about it long after you guys, but never before.

At least one or 2 Sr mods said that a new CS feature will be released( Sr Mod Nyx and Dragonlady, if am not mistaken) have mentioned that , that is why I made this topic

As I said, all we know is what you know. http://community.gtarcade.com/thread/1291505-1-1.html is the posted thread, but to me it looks like a normal team tourney. HKT will be getting it released first, so it may be smart to ask around there.
