I submitted a ticket on august 30 and it said it would take about 2 days but haven't received any email or message from anyone at gtarcade. Truly terrible from a company like this.

  • Well like I said I had lost a guest account and submitted a ticket and I haven't gotten a response and it still says it's pending even though it was on the 30 of august.
