only my server is not working

I already wite before but still have the problem with loading the gam on 77%
i tried today with other servers and i donthave this roblem
what wrong with my sever. If is there a chance to change server to play again normaly
My server  is Wolfskin S1327

well he said he can connect to other servers, that makes me believe the issue isnt on his side really, unless for some reason chache is causing the issue, try clearing that
