Hi Dawnja, you are correct, the ticket system is not operational (hasnt been for quite some time). Once you have confirmation that the chargebacks have been reversed, then supply the info here as a screen shot, and we can work on getting any recharge blocks lifted.

And can you just confirm something: which account was the chargeback done for...I see you included 2 accounts Dawnja, and Pamela ()
