Dear guardians,

Although we have offered our players many ways to protect their account, players do in some rare cases lose their account to someone else. If someone has "hacked" your account, you will need to submit a ticket to our support which can be found by going to Settings->Support or click here.


Please provide as much as possible the following information in your ticket:

- Your character information: character name, other character names (if you have changed it before), character ID, Server ID, character level, VIP level, guild name, recharge receipts and other information that you can provide.
- How have you lost your account? Was it shared with others or was it a scam? We'd like to know.
- We may request some extra information to prove your ownership.

Guys, I need some help. Someone logged into my account for the GT arcade login. Firstly I created my character in the game through my facebook. I would like to know how to unlink the GT arcade login (since the hacker has changed my email to change password and I am not able to modify it) from my account and leave only the login through facebook. Can someone help me? I want to leave the login only through Facebook

They reply to me again with this message : "Dear player, if so, to protect the safety of your account and check your account information, we need to ban your account for three days, do you agree? And we need your personal email address, so we can contact you later"
So they will try to fix. Let's wait now their response is quick and they look to be prestattive. Thank you guys for the help.

Hello Vita. I opened a support ticket as you told us to do here in this post and here is the answer I recieved: "Dear Guardian, thank you for contacting us, we'd like to remind you that players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account information (including passwords and username) and are responsible for any and all activities that occur under their Account."
Do is it useless to open the support tickets with all the information?

I submit a ticket in the game about me getting kicked out of my account on 5/27. I was asked to verify this was my account by providing all transactions I made in the last 3 months which I did and then I got a response saying my account had been verified.

I still get kicked out and my diamonds are being used up by whoever is kicking me out of my account. I'm no longer  getting responses to my ticket... what should I do now?

  • Hi LOD management. I just want to ask if is there anything I can do to log out my account on my lost device? I lost my cellphone last christmas and left my LOD account logged in there and since then, I experience for once or twice the in game notification 'This account has been logged in on other device'. Even though he didnt trying to use my account but what bothering me is the fact that it is still there unless he logged out when we both logged in on the game so that he will return to homescreen which is requiring password to log in again . Please help me
