Dear Guardians,


If you are having difficulties locating your character, please check the "Character" button at the welcome interface before starting.



The problem that most players encountered was with their character record being invisible. This is a result of a bug where players can no longer see their account information under the 'Character' function. Rest assured, your account and record is safe! Just login with the same account and go into your previous server to locate it! Sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you still cannot locate your character, please go through the following Q&A carefully.




Q1. Were you playing on a Guest Account?

Yes---> Please go to Q4

No, I was registered with a GTArcade/Facebook/Twitter/Google account--> Please go to Q2


Q2. Do you remember your server?

Yes---> Please go to Q3

No---> Please submit an In-Game ticket which can be found by going to Settings->Support. Go to the bottom of the post to find the information that you need to provide when submitting a ticket.


Q3. Are you still in this server?

Yes---> You might be using a different account to login, please check if you have multiple accounts and try all of them until you find the right character.

No---> Please click the server name in middle of the login screen to open the server list, then choose the server you are from.


Q4. Have you linked your guest account to a GTArcade/Facebook/Twitter account?

Yes---> Please go to Q3

No---> Please go to Q5


Q5. Have you ever uninstalled the game?

No---> Please choose "Login as Guest" to access the game.

Yes---> Please submit an In-Game ticket which can be found by going to Settings->Support. Go to the bottom of the post to find the information that you need to provide when submitting a ticket.



If after following all the instructions above you are still unable to find your character,
Please submit a ticket with all the following information:
(1) A brief description of your issue (please make sure you state if you are guest account player/if you linked your game progress/Have you delete the game?)
(2) Lost account ID (the numbers) and your In-Game Nickname
(3) Lost account server number
(4) Lost account level
(5) Lost account VIP level
(6) Lost account Diamond amount
(7) Lost account Nobility rank
(8) Lost account Guild name
(9) An email address that has not been registered to any GTArcade games before (If we find your lost account and verify your authenticity, it will be moved to this account)

You can submit a ticket through this link: https://support.gtarcade.com/search/choose-form?gid=182 or use any new character to submit an in-game ticket by going to Settings->Support as shown in the picture below.

Dear player,

Have you tried all the methods mentioned above? Have you submitted an in-game ticket (using any new guest account) with all the information requested above? You will need to submit a ticket to our support in order for us to help you retrieve your character. Feel free to let me know if you do not receive any response from our support team within 4 business days (excluding weekends).

I've lost my character since starting this year February I had wrote many post on this forum/support page but I still have not got my account back can an admin mod anyone get back at me and let me know what's going on please ?

Help me! My name account is Gabriel18a And i change my fone, my count disapear i have count a count on gt arcade, but i logged and noting happens. my acount is level 66 and have many pets and and higher's weapons, My guild is MostWanted.

Dear Gabriel18a,

Unfortunately we cannot assist you by sending an email to your email. As the original thread stated, please submit an in-game ticket to solve your problem. You can use any newly created character to submit a ticket, however, you will need to provide your old character ID number and server ID and all the other character information you can provide.

hello.
i hope when this letter finds you well and I am writing to you all, because i have a problem. my caracte´rs name is Tmonster, before was Pegusus was hack. I am the rightfull owner of this account and i play on the server EST-674, ID 48221661, level 95, VIP 11, Apocalipsis team. the account that i use before is GT arcade email: asdasd123@hotmail.es password: asdasd123.
My problem is that i use to play with an old cellphone that was stolen. i did not have a problem until i discover that some one else hack my account, and this person is the one that change my old name and set up a flag from colombia. i am from mexico. this happens last month on september.
I don´t care much if some one plays, but when i want to play; the game stop me and give me a massege that some other player acces the game from another access point.
at the moment that´s all, and i hope you can help solve my problem. thanks and have a good day.

Hello!
I lost my character for over a week ago and submitted a ticket. It’s been a week since that i I still haven’t recovering my - character. I payed a lot of diamonds and was level 8 with over almost 10million BR. Why haven’t i recovered my account yet?
Support got all my details even the latest transaction when i buyed diamonds even so i havent recovered my account.

Good morning! I have submitted a support ticket here on the site, as well as in the game, and they ask me for information i don't have. I don't remember my server (i believe it was EST-1985 but i can't be certain) and i have no way of retrieving my character ID. If i had known it could get deleted i would have saved that information, but i trusted the game to work as intended.

I did link/bind my e-mail to my character, but apparently it didn't work, because the support person is telling me my email does not exist.

My character's name was Aciko, and she was a level 30 Sorceress.
The only thing i remember about my server is that the top 1 sorceress was "ArlequinA" yesterday, a Brazilian player. I think it was the 1985 one, but then i made a new character so i could submit a support ticket, and tried using the same name expecting the app to tell me it was already in use, and it let me use it again, so i have no idea whether i overwrote my character with a new one or what.

Hello Aciko,

By any chance, could you contact someone in your server outside the game? If you do, you can ask them to look for your character ID. Characters don't get overwrite if a new player uses the same name. It is highly possible that the server you mentioned is not the server you were originally in.

Lv.30 character is still very new. If you haven't invested any significant amount of money in it, I would suggest you to play on a new server with a new character. But, remember to bind your account with GTArcade, Facebook or Twitter so that your data wont be lost.
