on level 60, the boss creates little green circles that you are meant to stand in to protect yourself from her 1 hit blow. But they don't seem to protect me at all. I'm clearly standing in them for a good 1-2 seconds but it still hits me. Whats the deal? I cant clear this boss

Dear player,

Some of the bosses in Tower of Eternity create these green safe circles for you to enter, but you have to keep in mind that if you have a slight latency with your connection, there is going to be a delay, and the time approximation of you entering the circle must be much earlier if you want to survive.

If you are definitely sure that you are doing things correctly, and you are entering that circle the earliest possible time, then please post here again as it may be a bug and we have to try our best to report and deal with it.
