Labyrinth Question Marks Not Giving Rewards

I have noticed something in the Labyrinth. When you come across a Question Mark and the reward is the +/health, it doesn't work. I had a couple of knocked out heroes, came across the ? and the reward was health, but it did not apply. It would be useful in those situations. Anyone else notice this?

Health reward gives different percentages. Some give 10%, some give 25%, and there are ones that give 100%.
