App doesn't work on my android tablet

I am able to play on my iPhone, but not my tablet.  The app just black screens and crashes.  The tablet is old and I haven't used it in forever.  Can I get some help making the app work?

Do I need to update?  I rooted this a long time ago.  Is that an issue?

Dear Player,

        I apologize for the inconvenience, it seems to me based of what you described that you could probably use an update to your OS on your tablet this may fix the issue, or it is possible as well depending on how old this tablet is that it's specs are not strong enough to run the app. However I'm no expert on OS's you can submit a ticket to support via in game settings menu they may be able to let you know if  LoD is playable on your device.
