Given that there are not nearly enough higher level hills since you destoyed the game with this most recent xserver merge, the situation in resource war is awful.
I propose the following changes be made - but above all you need to add more hills to Angel Ruins or create a higher level above Angel Ruins.
I think it's not good that people who don' t even mine, but who collect their resources in the "retrieve" option for a mere 5 diamonds can go and rob others who mine all day. I also think it should not be allowed that people can empty their mine then go on a stealing spree since it gives no option for revenge. Please consider the following changes:
1. In order to rob mines one must have a mine and possess ittill the end of mining day. This prevents the ones who don't even take a minefrom taking on zero risk while then going around later in day or worse - whileconquest is on and robbing other mines. There is no way to retaliate againstthem. If someone robs someone during the day and they empty their mine or leavetheir mine the stolen ore will be returned to the one they took from.
2. at beginning of mining day allow players to selectwhether to rob and be robbed or choose to not rob and therefore have protectionfrom being robbed. This sort of like the truce in old Palace Dungeon exceptonce you make your choice at the beginning of day you are stuck with thatchoice till end of day.
3. If someone tries to steal from you or capture your mineand they fail - they should lose what they were going to steal. This would alsomean that they have to have enough ore to cover their attempt so that if theylose the ore will be awarded to the one they attacked but lost to.
4. Reduce the amount one person can lose to 10%. I think it's absurd that I can lose 35% which in some cases can be between 8-10k ore. A 10% loss is more than enough and any more than that is ruining the game for those who struggle to gather enough resources to enhance their soul arms.
