I must admit the layout of your post is very original, well done!
For in-game issues, you have to contact the in game support either by the Settings & Support menu in game or through the web ticketing service by visiting this link: https://support.gtarcade.com/en/question/ticket/gid/182

Please inform them of the situation and report all of your information above, including the location of your server (EST, EU, HKT).
You can also upload screenshots that might help the situation to an image hosting website like imgur.com, and then paste the links of those screenshots in your ticket as further information.

Bare in mind that the in game support might take up to 4 days to respond due to the increased amount of tickets they have to deal with daily.

Dear baruepi,

            I apologize for the delay, however ticket replies can take up to 4 business days to get answered, Monday - Friday are business days at LoD if more than four business days pass with no reply the Please let us know and we will contact support to see what the hold up is. In the meantime please be patient and wait for a reply from support.
