Some ideas for a perfect guild

The oldest "war" in this game is to manage a guild. So I think some changes will make a guild much better.
1 - When someone joins a guild a popup show him the internal annuncement of the guild (with a Confirm button)
2 - The dungeon chests are only accessible after fighting or blitz
3 - The donation chests are only accessible after donation

This way the guilds will be more fair to all.
Maybe this ideas are stupid but...
