Dear Karol,

             I apologize for the inconvenience,  I suggest you try a few easy fixes listed below.

- Clearing the cache files.(not applicable on iOS)
- Force close App and restart.
- Uninstall / Reinstall the app (Make sure your account is bound  via one of the binding features)

You are not alone with this problem. I stucked in 61% loading too after last updates. I've alredy tried all but nothing works even i tried to do it on another tablet. I think this is the game problem. Please help us. I was the strongest player on server est 969

This appears to be happening to a minority of players across the platform as of the most recent update. I have attempted while connected to WiFi and also only LTE Data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times. Force closed the application numerous times, and still, I am unable to load into the game past 61%. The music seems to change at some point, which might indicate that the server was loaded to 100% and the GUI just freezes up at 61%? The slightly less helpful solution, although not completely pointless, to make sure you have a good internet connection is suggesting that most of us who post and actually go looking for a solution instead of deleting the application and just moving on are just slightly on the lower IQ side of things. If that's the case we should all just delete this app forthwith and move on to other games with better support teams or less programming errors. The lack of feedback post-trauma from GTArcade in regards to this issue is to be expected of this type of gaming platform though. A reassuring "We are aware of the issue and are working towards a fix" memo might be something to look into during times like these. That would most likely quell most of the HELP posts in this forum and others as well. Looking forward to hearing a response to this and to my you tube video that I am posting detailing your very "helpful support team".

         If you could please provide me with a few bits of information on your character and device I can bring this to the attention of the devs as an urgent matter. I will need Character ID, Server ID, what type of device and OS you are using, country you are playing from, and what type of connection you are using. In the mean time I urge you to submit a ticket via the website as you don't currently have access to the game.

  • I got the same problem today i tried all what u sugest but nothing works. So tried change the server and create a new character and works, so its not the game, its just the character. Before i lose the acess to the game, i got some bugs on dungeons (Gold Dungeon) wich bug all others dungeons. So i don't know what happend properly.
    My Server is EST - 1631 America, nickname Borest (but is showing on server list "Ratadinn"), my device is an S3, i'm from Brazil, playing for wi fi.
