Recharge problem

Hi there!

I have some recharge problems here. it seems that I am banned from recharging. It says something about chargebacks, but I didn't asked for them. i've done some recharges 2 weeks ago from my ex's card, she might probably asked for that back from her bank.... tomorrow is CS tycoon and I really want to recharge. Please help me with this!

Hi there razvan91, I can ask about this but if the chargebacks were significant amounts I doubt you'd get the recharge option open. Also it doesn't matter who did the chargebacks, you are responsible for any activity on your account since you've given the access to your account, thanks

Hi razvan91, so after your initial RC issue when you posted you managed to get it working again? But then after a while you get the suspension of payment message again?

I can file a report for you in the meantime, but if there have been more chargebacks on your account then it may not be unblocked unless you pay back the money.

Hi there razvan91, unfortunately as silver0 there pointed out, if you done another chargeback your recharge option will not understandably be unblocked that easy.
Last time you used your girlfriends cc and now your mom's, and obviously you have done these recharges without their permission which causes issues.
We need some clarification on this and at least you'd have to pay the chargebacks back even to begin to think about unblocking your recharge, feel free to pm me if you have any further questions, thank you
