I rechagred today 9/20/2017 for $50 and i didnt recieve my topaz nor get a in game mail saying i get when you recharge. Yet when i submitted my recharge i get the confirmation window saying i succesfully recharged. i want my topaz and to be able to claim everything that i couldve claimed from the events on this day of 9/20/2017. This is ridicolous please fix this issue ASAP.

I know there was a post from way back when Clearly Stating that SUPPORT Tickets no longer work and to post here in the Support section with our issues. Why cant you forward this issue to the devs your self like you guys do with everything else? Seems to be a bit lazy now.

Hi,
To clarify, as of a few months back now,
Devs have specificly told us to ask you to use support tickets when it comes to recharge and account issues (ie. Lost accounts)
And you are right, support tickets wasn't working for quite some time.
But also be aware that support ticket only is to be used for recharge/acc. issues.
All other issues is still to be reported on forums.
I am sorry for the confusion this is causing.
Please also be aware that the ideal browser to ensure ticket gets sent is apparently to use Chrome.

How long does it take for the devs to actually look into the tickets? I've created tickets and it's been nearly 2 weeks and all I get is the "devs are busy - be patient" response. Haven't been able to recharge for 2 weeks. If GTA doesn't want any more of my money that's fine, but at least they could just say that in messages instead telling me to be patient.
