Hello,

I have a pretty urgent issue.

I recharged for today's tycoon rewards thrice. The first two times went through without an issue, but the third payment is stuck on "Order Submitted! Our payment service provider is processing your order. This may take a little while.Please refresh this page in a few minutes" since hours. I never had this screen before. My paypal has not been billed yet (doesn't say "pending" or anything) and now I don't know what to do. I do not have enough in my bank account to redo the payment and hope the first one doesn't go through, but if it doesn't go through and I don't get the reward, I won't get enough points for any Isha Shards when I would otherwise have all 10, meaning I would have basically tossed out 290 bucks for nothing.

I know the mods can't do much about recharge issues, but I just need to know if the order will go through or not. That's all. No matter if a mod confirms or other players had the same issue before and can tell me what happened to them when they got that screen.

The order number is 150616539795810, my server is 699, username Sheba.

And yes, I know about support tickets, but those don't work half the time and the other half it needs forever - if at all - to get a response and I obviously only have today.

- Character name
- Server number

Hello and thank you for your answer.

As said in my first post, I know these things already (from past problems), but thank you for pointing me to the right direction again.

I would still be very interested to know if others who had the same issue as me ended up with the order going through or not. Basically just exchanging experiences to know what I can (and cannot) expect.

Your payment didn't go through.  The payment pending is incorrect, it just wasn't accepted by Worldpay.
All Payment gateways have a risk factor that you have to pass, which in Worldpays case is something completely ......... which i haven't quite understood yet.
That s..it happens constantly with Worldpay.
I suggest you start using Mol as payment, It will never happen there.
